Objectives:
Settling the student-centric university image on a solid basis, the Konyang Service Center adopts one-stop service system to offer students convenient services such as document issue, documents acceptance, counseling information, and so on.

Document Issue

Without visiting the university, all students, even graduates, students who are out of school temporarily, and expelled students, are able to receive any type of document by mail.

Documents in Korean: transcript, graduation certificate, expected graduation certificate, course work completion certificate, school registration certificate, completion certificate for teaching profession
Fees: 500 won

Documents in English: transcript, enrollment certificate, temporary out-of-school certificate, course work completion certificate
Fees: 1,000 won

Process
Visiting application: Presenting application form to the teller, the applicant will receive the requested document immediately.

Application through the internet: Requesting the wanted document through the internet and paying the fees, applicant will receive it next day by express mail.

Application by fax: Applicant could stop by any national administrative agency and request any wanted document. The Service Center will send it to the designated agency within 4 hours by fax.

Application by mail: Applicant could stop by any post office and request any wanted document. The Service Center will mail it to the designated address within four or five days.

All Korean documents will be issued immediately, but English ones will take one or two more days.


Document Receipt

+ General or Military Enlisting Out-of-School Application

  Required Documents
- General Temporary Out-of-school Application requires filling out a requested form.
- Military Enlisting out-of-school Application requires a copy of the Enlistment Report

  ¡Ø Notice
- Students who are in the army enlisting temporary leave and who are returned from the enlistment, should report it to the Office of Academic Affairs within ten days.
- Students, who are in a general out-of-school temporary leave and, in the meantime, received army enlisting report, should transfer their status from the general out-of-school leave to the army enlisting out-of-school leave.
- Students who discharged from military service should enroll the university within a year. If they fail to enroll the university, they will be automatically expelled from the school.
- Students, who enlisted after 3/4 of attendance, shall be considered to complete the semester.

  Required documents
- Discharged students : two copies of Citizen Registration Card stated with military service record and a picture
- Expected Discharged students: a copy of the Discharging Order

+ Voluntary Withdrawal
  a requested form

+ Transferring Report of Reserved Army
  - Transferring-in Report : within 14 days after re-enrollment
- Transferring-out Report: at the same time of graduation, temporary leave, or quit

+ Student Identification Card
  The student fills out University Form #1 with a picture. It takes two or three weeks to get an ID card. Those who loose it twice will be charged 2,000 won.

¡Ø Before the ID card is issued, students may check out books from the library.
